Of course they survived. Both of them. Nobody dies off-screen in comic books. (Or on-screen either, since your serial killer boyfriend is still alive too.)
Hiro is going to be IN HISTORY! Heeeee. That's so awesome.
And I love that wee GPS!girl (Molly? is that her name?) knows of somebody even scarier than Sylar out there.
So was Nathan playing his mother all along, or did he just recently grow a spine? (I have to admit, the ending was pretty predictable. Didn't everybody see that coming since Peter first had the dream about blowing up?)
Also -- at the end, it kinda looked like Sylar appeared out of nowhere. How does he do that? Is that just tricksy directing or is he really supposed to be invisible? ("He killed Claude" is NOT an acceptable answer, because I am holding out hope that TBTP will talk Christopher Eccelston into coming back next season and beat up Peter some more.)
I still loved it, even though it felt predictable. But, so many people were killed, just took me off guard, like what's his name getting a fist in the head.
I hated that there were all these great characters that Sylar killed off. Like the mechanic lady, I loved her.
And what power, other than Bitch, do you think the mother has?
of course they were going to save New York, and of course someone what going to be heroic and self-sacrificing. honestly, I'd've been a little disappointed if it *didn't* end that way. :)
Lotta deaths and a lot that could go either way; like DL (I think Matt's probably gone)
I'm curious about that whole older generation: mom Petrelli, pop Nakamura, Linderman, Eccleston, and Simone's dad (love that I know all their names ;) )
Yeah, it occured that Nathan probably flew him up there and buzzed off to watch from a safe distance. No idea whether he grew a spine or really, if he was going to be the hero all along, he didn't step in any sooner. Tell you what, though, it's gonna be tough keeping track of all the things Peter can do by next year and they're gonna need a loophole to keep this from happening again like going supernova burned out that particular ability.
OMG, Hiro without ANDO, though!!! Sadness.
And I think Sylar (my hot serial killer boyfriend) was being tricksy and moving fast more than invisible. Redemption!arc!! (or maybe not)
And was I the only one who wants to see Micah/Molly Best Friends Forever?
