Heheh. The hair is a photoshop brush, actually, because everything I drew disappeared by the time I got it onto the computer.

And the fumes *are* real. At least, they're based on a photo of a match being extiguished. Good eye. :)

Hmm. For the hands challenge. I hadn't posted it as such because I had blurred them a little to draw attention to the face, and because it was a surprise gift for someone and I wasn't sure what the etiquette is regarding pimping somebody's present, but I can ask Marauder whether she minds. And otherwise, sure, I guess. There're a hell of a lot of submissions, though, aren't there?

Question: So, I was thinking... It's funny. I'm debating whether to allow comments on my art at all. I think it's a lot more personal to me than the writing, and I almost don't want to know what people think -- or not -- about it. I feel like I take it personally whatever people say, or whether they leave comments at all, and that's just silly. Er.

That wasn't much of a question. What do you think? Do you prefer not to get comments on something that takes a lot out of you? Or yes, no matter what they are?

Oh! This is so lovely! I can really *feel* Remus' dread at drinking the vile stuff--outweighed by his much greater dread at what happens if he does *not*. The fumes are perfect.
