I'm glad it didn't throw you for too much of a loop. I thought it was more difficult to follow the transition back to the present than the one into the past, but that's how thoughts kind of work, for me anyhow; I'm thinking about one thing, then some completely random tangent takes over, then a small detail brings me back to now. I like to try and bring that through in the character-driven pieces, if that makes any sense.

Anyway, thanks! I love the idea of Dean, the hot male nurse... or maybe that should stay in my fantasy life. ;)
